# Updates

> How the app updates itself and what happens when the main download server can’t be reached.

https://more-ai.net/docs/updates · Updated October 20, 2026

More AI can check, download and install updates in place according to the update setting you choose; you do not need to reinstall the app manually for a normal update.

Updates use a primary download domain and automatically try a fallback mirror when that source is blocked or unreachable.
