Acceptable Use Policy

The rules for using More AI responsibly — what is not allowed when using the app, its agent and automation features, the model access we provide, and our infrastructure.

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") is part of our Terms of Service and applies to everyone who uses More AI. It exists to keep the Service safe, lawful, and available to everybody. If you break these rules we may limit, suspend, or terminate your access.

You must not

When using the Service, you must not:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to violate any applicable law or regulation, including export-control and sanctions laws.
  • Infringe the intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights of any person.
  • Use the agent, code, automation, browser-control, or remote-control features against any computer, network, file, account, or system you do not own or are not authorised to access — including unauthorised access, scanning, or disruption.
  • Create, distribute, or run malware, ransomware, or other harmful code, or use the Service to attack, overload, or interfere with any system, including ours.
  • Attempt to circumvent, disable, or probe the security, rate limits, usage limits, metering, or access controls of the Service or our infrastructure, or send falsified or abusive traffic to our telemetry, reporting, or other endpoints.
  • Resell, sublicense, proxy, or redistribute the model access, dictation, or search capacity included with a plan or bought with credits, or use it to serve your own product, application, or end users.
  • Share one account between multiple people, create accounts in bulk or by automated means, or open new accounts to evade a limit, a suspension, or a refund decision.
  • Abuse payments — including making purchases with a payment method you are not authorised to use, cycling purchases and refunds, or raising chargebacks in bad faith.
  • Generate or distribute content that is illegal, that sexually exploits or endangers minors, that incites violence or terrorism, or that harasses, defames, or unlawfully discriminates against others.
  • Use the Service to build or operate anything that violates the terms or usage policies of the AI providers whose keys you connect, or of the providers behind the model access we supply.
  • Use the Service for high-risk activities where failure could lead to death, personal injury, or serious environmental or property damage, without appropriate independent safeguards.
  • Misrepresent AI-generated output as human-created where doing so is deceptive or unlawful, or use the Service to deceive or defraud others.
  • Use the Service to make automated decisions about people — such as eligibility for credit, employment, housing, insurance, or education — without meaningful human review.

Reporting and enforcement

If you become aware of a violation of this AUP, please report it to legal@more-ai.net. We may investigate and take any action we consider appropriate, including removing content that we host on your behalf, applying limits, and suspending or terminating access — immediately and without refund where the violation is serious. We may also be required to cooperate with law enforcement.

Changes

We may update this AUP from time to time; the "Last updated" date reflects the current version.
