Refund Policy

Simple, plain-English rules for refunds and cancellations at More AI: 14 days money back on your first subscription payment, cancel any time, and no surprises.

Last updated July 26, 2026

This Refund Policy explains when you can get your money back, how to ask, and what to expect. It forms part of our Terms of Service and applies to every purchase of a More AI subscription, credit pack, or gift.

We have tried to keep it short and readable. If anything here is unclear, email billing@more-ai.net and ask — we would rather answer a question than have you guess.

The short version

Three rules cover almost every case:

  • 14 days, no questions asked — if you are unhappy with a new subscription, tell us within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full. You do not have to explain why.
  • Cancel any time — cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep your plan until the end of the period you already paid for; we do not cut it short.
  • Credits are non-refundable once bought — they never expire, so buy what you need. Statutory rights, where the law gives you any, still apply.

Who you are buying from

Purchases are sold by Paddle.com Market Limited, which acts as the merchant of record — the authorised reseller of More AI. Paddle is the seller named on your receipt, takes the payment, handles tax, and issues refunds. Your purchase is therefore also covered by Paddle's own buyer terms and refund policy.

In practice this is good for you: wherever Paddle's policy, your statutory rights, or this policy differ, the most generous one applies. Nothing here takes away a right you have under law.

Subscriptions: your first 14 days

If you buy a paid plan and change your mind, you can have your money back in full within 14 days of that first payment. You do not need a reason, and we will not ask you to justify it or try to talk you out of it.

This applies to the first payment of a new subscription. It applies once per person — if you subscribe again later, cancel again, and repeat, we may decline further discretionary refunds, though your statutory rights are unaffected.

When the refund is issued, the plan ends and paid features stop. Anything you created stays yours and stays where it is.

Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel, and we email a receipt for every payment. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the current period — you keep everything you paid for until then.

We do not routinely refund a renewal that has already begun, because you keep full access for the period it covers. But we are reasonable about honest mistakes: if a renewal caught you by surprise and you have barely used the plan since, write to us within 14 days of the charge and we will look at it. Where your local law gives you a right to a refund on a renewal, that right applies regardless of this paragraph.

If we materially and adversely change a plan you are already paying for, you may cancel and we will refund the unused part of the period.

Credits

Credits are a prepaid balance for usage. Because they are delivered to your account immediately and can be spent the moment they arrive, they are non-refundable once purchased, except where mandatory law says otherwise or where Paddle exercises its own discretion.

To make that fair rather than merely strict: credits never expire while your account is open, they are spent only against usage you actually make, and the app shows your balance and what drew it down before you spend more. Buy a small pack first if you are unsure.

Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred or withdrawn. If we terminate your account for breaching our Terms, unused credits are forfeited.

Plan changes

You can move between plans at any time. When a change takes effect immediately, the amount is prorated and shown to you before you confirm it — you will never be charged an amount you have not seen. When it takes effect at your next renewal, your current plan simply runs to the end of its period. A downgrade is not itself a refundable event.

Gifts and redemption codes

A gift subscription can be refunded to the person who bought it within 14 days, as long as the code has not been redeemed. Once redeemed, the plan belongs to the recipient and the ordinary rules above apply to it. Codes have no cash value and can be redeemed once.

What we cannot refund

A few things are outside our control or outside the purchase:

  • Charges from AI providers under your own API key. Those are billed to you by that provider directly; we never receive that money and cannot return it.
  • Usage you have already made on our model access — the underlying capacity was bought and consumed.
  • Purchases where there is evidence of fraud, abuse of this policy, or a breach of our Acceptable Use Policy.
  • Taxes, where the tax authority does not permit them to be returned. Paddle determines this.

How to request a refund

Any of these works, and none of them is slower than the others:

  • Use the "View receipt" or "Manage subscription" link in the email Paddle sent you, and choose to request a refund.
  • Go to paddle.net, look up your purchase with the email address you used, and request it there.
  • Email billing@more-ai.net from the address on the account, telling us which purchase you mean. We will pass it to Paddle and confirm to you.

How long it takes

We aim to answer refund requests within 3 business days. Once a refund is approved, Paddle returns the money to the original payment method; how quickly it appears is up to your bank or card issuer, and typically takes 5 to 10 business days. Refunds cannot be paid to a different card, account, or person than the one that paid.

Your statutory rights

Consumer law in some countries gives you a right to withdraw from a purchase that is stronger than this policy. Where it does, that right wins, and nothing in this policy limits it. Paddle applies these rights at checkout and on request, and they include:

  • EU, EEA, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom — a 14-day right of withdrawal on a first purchase and a first subscription payment. Where you asked for the service to start immediately and acknowledged that you would lose the withdrawal right once it was fully performed, that acknowledgement may limit the right for digital content already delivered — which is why credits are treated as they are above.
  • Türkiye and Israel — a 14-day right to withdraw.
  • South Korea, Brazil, Canada, and China — a 7-day right to cancel.
  • Singapore — a 5-day right to cancel.
  • Elsewhere — whatever your local consumer law provides, plus the 14-day promise in this policy.

Chargebacks

Please talk to us before asking your bank to reverse a payment. A chargeback costs more to resolve for everyone and takes far longer than a refund. If a payment is charged back, we may suspend the account and any unused credits until the matter is settled.

Abuse of this policy

The 14-day promise exists so you can try the Service without risk, not so it can be used repeatedly for free. Where we see a pattern of refund abuse — repeated subscribe-and-refund cycles, multiple accounts, or heavy usage immediately before a refund request — we may decline a discretionary refund and may decline future purchases. Your non-waivable statutory rights are unaffected.

Changes

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time; the "Last updated" date reflects the current version. The version in force when you made a purchase is the one that applies to it.
